    The terraced house is located in a quiet street in Großhelfendorf, a district of the municipality of Aying, approx. 30 km south-east of Munich.

    Aying is an Eldorado for families and, with its rural flair, has become an extremely popular residential area just outside Munich in recent years. The town offers a wide range of interesting leisure activities. The Hofoldinger Forst, which is located directly in the area, is ideal for walking, jogging and cycling. There are also plenty of parks, sports and leisure facilities.

    You can easily do your daily shopping on foot or by bike. GP and dental care are also available in Aying. Beautiful restaurants and beer gardens in the surrounding area provide a varied culinary offer, which is also highly appreciated by the Munich public.

    For childcare, Aying offers crèches, kindergartens and an elementary school directly in the village. A grammar school is located in the neighboring town of Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn.
