    With around 11,000 residents, the state-approved resort of Grünwald is probably Munich's most popular upmarket suburb. Grünwald is located directly to the south of the Munich district of Harlaching and is only around 12 kilometers from the city center of the Bavarian capital. The supply of open space in Grünwald is very scarce and hardly any more building areas can be designated. As a result, the existing real estate portfolio has enjoyed continuous increases in value for many years.

    Grünwald's population is made up of long-established Grünwald residents and those who have moved in continuously over the last few decades - including many celebrities from the fields of culture, sport and entertainment.

    The outstanding infrastructure is particularly noteworthy. The municipality of Grünwald offers a large number of kindergartens and crèches and in recent years has usually been able to meet all requests for a demand-oriented childcare place very promptly.     Golfers can easily reach the golf course of the Münchener Golf Club e.V. Straßlach-Dingharting in around ten minutes by car or 20 minutes by bike. Lake Starnberg and Lake Tegernsee are approx. 30 minutes away by car, the Lenggries ski resort approx. 45 minutes.
